     file format is probablly 3GP.
     You could convert these (Google is your Friend)
     Or just use Quicktime to play them

     yes you need Nero 7 and a blank dvd disc preferably a dvd +r or dvd rw the go to video cd or dvd and move file (has to be certain type of file) and then burn to dvd

     this probably doesn’t help much but it’s an alternative!
     you could always try to text the pictures to your e-mail if you have unlimited text/pix/flix msg. instead of texting to a number, just type in your e-mail instead and you should get it in your inbox =)

     u can send them from your phone to the internet by entering the options menu and selecting to send the file to your album

    I have the unlimited texting plan (IN TXT, as it says on my bill), but I owe 5 for something called TXT/PIX-FLIX. What’s the difference? I don’t know what I did to owe this much! :S

      Pix and Flix are their picture and video messaging services. Now, IN TXT doesn’t mean you have unlimited, a lot of those messages could have gone outside the Verizon Network (to people that don’t have Verizon) and then you are charged for those. So either you sent a lot of messages to people that don’t have Verizon, or you sent a lot of pictures and videos and don’t have a plan. You tell me

      Intolerable Cruelty is hilarious with George Clooney and Catherine Zeta Jones and Hes Just Not That Into You is really funny and has Jennifer Aniston and Matts other half, Ben Affleck.

      The only way I believe to extend the time is by buying more memory.

      pix/flix is video and picture messages. I dont know why you wouldnt be able to recieve them but go into a verizon store and let them know whats going on

      I believe its 10 cents per text and 25 cents per picture message.

    I have unlimited texting and pix&flix but I still get charged for megabytes.

      Oh man. I think you are talking about bandwidth.

      Any data transfer at all uses bandwidth. Everything on a computer can be measured by how many bytes it is. Pictures, and movies would be included in everything. If you transfer that over the internet, you are using bandwidth.

    I don’t have internet on my phone, and someone sent me a FLIX message. It told me to go to vzpix.com and follow the directions, but I didn’t see which directions to follow. Where do I go on the vzpix site?

      No, or atleast not yet. As of now the app doesn’t support TV out.

    I have verizon and my friend sent me a flix message. I got the message saying to go to vzwpix.com, but when i go there, there are no directions on how to view the flix. Does anyone know how to view it?

      Go to that web site again. Click “sign in” and enter in your user id/cell phone number & password to the account. If you do not have one you can sign up for an account.It is free to have.

      Scroll over messaging & scroll over pictures & video messaging. Click “manage your photo albums”. From there you should be able to see the picture message either under my media or my messages.

24. QUESTION:
    Do I need the access of the internet in order to send and receive pix n flix messages on Verizon?
    I want them to unblock pix and flix messaging but keep the internet completely blocked… can they do that?
    I just cant stand the data charges

    • ANSWER:
      Yes they can. The internet on your phone has nothing to do with the pix and flix. Internet is the data plan, while picture messaging is the message plan. So it shouldn’t effect it. However, if it does, you should call Verizon because that means they screwed up something with your plan.

      If you wanna make a DVD that will work on a standard DVD player, you will need a DVD burning tool to do this. Just copy the movie to a DVD disc, it will actually not read by DVD players.

    How do I save a recorded flix (video) on a samsung sch 650 phone?
    I just hit ok when I save pics…I do the same thing for the videos but they dont save?!

      Record a video and choose the save option and or the stop option, the phone will then ask you to save the vid or not!

      But if it is still not getting saved than restore the phone back to factory settings!

    How do you get rid of Bear Flix off of my computer?
    everytime i get onto the desktop this bearflix thing pops up and i cant get rid of it.

    • ANSWER:
      Use the control panel’s Add/Remove Programs, but if that does not work, try seeing where the program is saved in the computer. A temporary fix is also to use Ctrl – Alt – Delete and end the process.

    I have WiFi and a Wii is there any way to stream tv shows or movies to my tv other than net flix?
    I already have netflix and windows 7. How can I stream movies from my laptop to my tv without buying anything? Is that possible?

      You can’t unless you get a VGA cable, but you can get them from Ebay for under .

      If your TV doesn’t have a VGA port, you can get VGA to RCA converter box for -. There are many different kinds available.

      You said “flix” so I think you have Verizon wireless. If that’s the case, just download the attachment to your PC. You can view it with a Quicktime viewer.       you have to be on your phone and go to messages and open the message and go to whatever web site they told you to and type the code in they give you and if they did not give you a code then you did not do it right do it again.

      You need a at least 800 micro points a hard drive, gold membership, and of course a Xbox live account made. That should be all you need and you can watch netflix you can get hrad drives for the 360 at walmart too. Have fun watching videos when you get these things.

      It doesn’t work that way. You need a wireless Netflix enabled device connected to the tv you want to watch a Netflix streaming video. The newer blueray players, Wii and Xbox 360 have these capabilities along with some specific “internet tv” boxes that Apple and Google and a few other companies produce.
      Once you have everything hooked up, turn on the device and the tv. Choose the Netflix option. This will present you with an access code that you will enter at the Netflix site via your computer. This tells Netflix where to find your enabled device. Then you will be able to access Netflix directly through that enable device.

      This happened to me last month and I have unlimited everything also. You need to call Verizon and have them take the charges off your bill. You may be put on hold for a long time, but it is worth it in the long run.

      You don’t have MMS (pic messaging) activated on your phone from your carrier that’s why you’re unable to send or receive them. Call Verizon and they will activate it for you.

      You don’t connect the Blu-ray player to your computer. Instead, you would connect it you your home network, which connects to your broadband modem. If you haven’t a home network yet, get started with a router and Ethernet cabling or wireless adapters/bridges for things that need them.

    They said they had a form from me requesting the service that “must have gone directly to spam on my computer” They did offer to refund the 14.95 for the August charge, but “it would take 2 to 3 months”. I’ve searched my Spam, sent and trash but have found nothing about this entity.

      This is a huge fraud that is perpetuated through AT&T telephone bills. I too was billed and called and had it canceled immediately but they said it can take 2 or 3 billing cycles to come off your bill. In order to take if off your bill immediately you’ll also have to call your phone company (AT&T).

      But those with “automatic bill pay” or the absent minded will likely go without noticing it. Even if a small fraction of people don’t notice it immediately this could lead to a significant income for the perpetrators.

      I don’t think there’s a way to record yet off of a blu ray player. we’re just not there yet, and if you record from netflix, it’s illegal.

      They buy a license through the MPAA or an affiliate and pay a flat rate or royalties per download.
