I began doing the Zumba fitness program at my gym and was so in love with the classes that I needed to do them at my house. Subsequent to researching the Zumba video workout, I came accross the Total Body Transformation set and bought it. I loved it, but it was unlike the Zumba Beginners class that I took at the sports center.
The first Zumba Video is a beginner DVD that shows you how to do the steps, and includes a 20 minute workout. Though you could be a quite healthy, active person, I can reassure you that you’ll break into a sweat fast with only the instructional DVD. They break all of the steps into “easy”, “medium” and “hard” so that you can pickup the steps and be acquainted enough with them to move up to go with the extra Zumba video workout dvds.
I ended up researching some extra reviews found a ton that were truly positive. That was especially important to me because, here I thought I knew the steps from taking classes at the gym, but I in actuality didn’t. If I do go back to classes at the gym, the beginner DVD will really help me seem a professional.
The second Zumba video is the 20 minute workout, which is also a good beginner DVD, but I expect it could become old when you become accomplished at the moves.
My favorite is the Zumba Live DVD is which is most likely best described as a freestyle. There is no set moves, as each person is just jamming to the music. This is where you get to put your preferred moves to the test and burn gigantic amounts of calories. Beto, the inventor of Zumba, has a high energy to him, but is difficult to understand at times. Good thing however that the extra instructors are wonderful and effortless to go along with.
I also thought it was really different than my classes. I was hoping to hear some of the same music and routines that I see in the live classes I attend, but it’s unique. I wouldn’t pronounce that it’s better or worse, just different than I had expected.
One thing I found was that ‘The weighted dumbbells “are pretty lame. They are elongated, and not real heavy so I haven’t used them yet as I find it problematical to add an added dimension to these movements still. You want to ensure you have a good gap near your TV if you’re going to use these.
As a whole workout routine I would greatly recommend the Zumba video workout. Word to the wise though is that I also urge that you wear hip-hop shoes, and as few thing’s as possible, whenever I try to do this dressed in a tshirt, it ends up soaked in sweat. Prepare to sweat and work your butt off and you’ll be well on your way to having inches of fat goop falling off with all these Latin dances!

This isn’t an answer, just advise.Disney re-release their films, 3 a year mostly. This years have already gone. (Peter Pan, Robin Hood and Jungle Book)
Sometimes they change their mind. When Lady and the Tramp 2 was released, they had planned on a release of Snow White but have pushed it back by about a year. So keep checking and its worth asking staff at local stores as they do get release dates way in advance of some people.

Disney’s Robin Hood 2?
I have seen rumours on the IMDB chat board on the Robin Hood Speical Edition DvD (which I bought last week!) and it says about a Robin Hood sequel and asking if there would be one. I personally hope there will not be a Robin Hood sequel at all. I’m really fed up with Disney screwing up the classics with rubbish sequels. They think the sequels improve the classics. They don’t. They ruin them! If only they could make sequels properly and the right way then most of them wouldn’t be horrible. The only ones which were decent enough were The Lion King 2 and 3 (3′s brilliant!), Cinderella 3, The Rescuers Down Under and Bambi 2. Although Bambi 2 is a midquel not a sequel, same with Cinderella 3, they are both terrific and not what I expected. I didn’t like The Lion King 2 that much but I admit it was good for a sequel.
The rest are either really cheesey or awful. There was Lady and the Tramp 2, The Jungle Book 2, Mulan 2, Pocahontas 2, Hunchback of Notre Dame 2, Cinderella 2, The Little Mermaid 2, The Fox and the Hound 2, Aladdin 2, Beauty and the Beast 2, 101 Dalmatians 2. Peter Pan 2 was fairly good for a sequel as well but I didn’t like the original.
There was almost a Dumbo 2 but it got cancelled, thank god.
The Little Mermaid 3 is alright.
When will Disney start making something new? They did it all the time in the past, so why not now?
I hope this rumour is not true because Robin Hood is one of my favourite Disney films and I do not want to see it butchered along with my other favourites like The Little Mermaid, The Fox and the Hound, Cinderella, The Jungle Book, 101 Dalmatians.
Good thing they haven’t done a sequel to Snow White or Sleeping Beauty.

Husband and myself work fulltime and have children,
My problem is, is that i work, do the school run before and after school club when finished or starting owkr.
Takes the kids to their actitives all the time.
Drop husband off at his activities.
Do all the housework, shopping, present for birthdays etc, anything needed I will do.
Clean up after husband or step son has finishing dinner… crocks alwasy left on the side, NOTHING evert put away. WWashing on the landing… walked over, NEVER asking me if it needs to go down…. NOTHING is done UNLESS I ask and then its to much…….
I never have any nice comments given especially if dressed up to go out….. just coments of my weight especially if I eat chocolate… not BIG BIG, but you know ladies ?!….. Over the years, over 10 years, I think I have only ever had 3 bunch of flowers and thats because of an arugment.. not because he just bought them !…..
I 110% honestly feel I am here in this relationship to serve and housekeep everyone…… I do thingk I would be alot much happier on my own with the kids…
