   I let my roommate watch Weeds, and Prison Break on my Neflix account, now that i want to watch these shows i keep having to scroll down and go to “Restart Episode” instead of just pressing it once. This is the same way for every episode in the season. Is there a way to reset it so It would seem as if i never watched the show?

     It’s because your roommate did not finish the show. You can go to each show and fast forward but that would be a pain.
     Just push start from the beginning when you watch

   Ok so i want to get neflix, the one rent out plan, and i wanted to know, how many devices at the same time on the account i will have can stream movies at the same time?      Yoy can do as many as you want… We have it on our tv, my wii, my phone, both my parents phones, my brothers phone, my brothers itouch, my brothers xbox, my computer, and both my parents ipads… so believe me, your fine…

     You may connect your computer / mac system directly to your TV by using SD. It is not necessary to have a internet enabled TV. I am using SD for the last 2 Years.

   You need to pay .00 a year for gold if you want to watch netflix from your xbox. I never understood this because I already pay for netflix itself! Why do they make you have gold?      Ya you should. I ditched xbox for ps3 and its not money issues, its WASTE of money issues. Its like paying for WoW, useless…and live is slower than psn its proven look it up. And PS3 netflix is free…

     Internet is something I would never cancel, but thats just my opinion. I use it almost everyday whether its paying bills online or doing research for school. Yes, there are things we can live without such as movies, and cell phones but I disagree about canceling internet access.

    neflix user, are you using xbox to watch TV on your pc?
    I just joined netflix and saw that I can get streaming video on my pc by using my xbox and was wondering what I needed to do to get started and is there a fee for it.

      theres also the windows media center that you can use any video sources on your windows media player and stream it to your xbox only if both your pc and xbox are connected to a hub, which means router, and you have to go through the xboxs windows media center setup to do that

      Simple. You have two ways to view movies with Netflix: They can send you DVDs in the mail or instant watch on your computer or tv.
      You log into your internet membership on the computer to set up your queue(list of movies you want sent to you). You number them so they know what to send to you next. When you mail back a movie they send you another. If your membership includes 3 movies you can send 1 to 3 in and they replace them via mail so you always have 3 movies in the house.
      With instant watch you can watch a large number of movies and tv shows instantly on your computer. If you have a gaming console or blue-ray player with a Netflix options you can watch those same movies or tv shows on your tv. My wife and I watch movies and tv shows all the time on our tv by using a Xbox360. We even get the HD items in HD sound and video. The instant watch features are free and are part of your membership. I rountinely watch entire seasons of tv shows in HD and without commercials.

      If you don’t have Netflix already, you can get the streaming-only subscription for .99 a month.

      I have completely ignored TV since I can now watch Netflix streaming on the Xbox. Upside: You can have a party and watch simultaneously with Xbox party friends. Downside: You have to turn off your notificiations if you don’t want “bleep” coming over your show.

      No, after a month (make sure you cancel the trial 2 days or more before the month ends!) if you don’t cancel your trial then your card WILL be charged. So just make sure you cancel earlier just to be sage! You can send them back anytime. But you can only have 1 movie with you one at a time with the free trial. To order you just go to netflix.com, log in after you register for free trial and search movies that you want to watch. They will be delivered to your house quickly with no charge and you send them back anytime

    Will an itouch allow me to connect to Netflix to watch movies online?
    I will be going overseas this summer and was wondering if an Itouch with wireless access permit me to watch Neflix instant movie watching online? I have not bought the Itouch yet, but I am planning too.

      You can only watch videos on your itouch if you have them already on your ipod or you can watch them from the youtube app on your main screen. You cannot watch videos from the internet on the itouch. It does not have flash which permits you from watching them.

    Question about Neflix?
    Does Neflix let you watch new episodes of current tv shows seasons. Like soon after they have aired on TV?

      They do not show brand new episodes, Hulu does though. They do have full seasons of shows that they put up after all of them have aired. I have watched all of the Seasons of Weeds, which is on Showtime and as soon as they are finished airing the New ones on Showtime they will put them on Netflix it takes a few months. Not a ton of choices though, you might try a trial first to see if you like it. You may not find every show you want but their are a lot to choose from, I’m sure you would find something you would enjoy. I personally subscribe to both Hulu and Netflix instead of Cable. It is cheaper and you can watch what you want when you want to.

    What is the best way to watch Netflix on my TV from my computer?
    I mainly want neflix on my TV, but would also like the option to watch other videos from the internet on TV. Is there some kind of device that would allow this? Also, I don’t want to hook up my TV through DVI/VGA connections.

      You can do this through any gaming console that has wifi. Wii, playstation 3 and xbox 360. I do it through my Wii, works great.     How do I fix a problem between myXBox 360 and Netflix?
    I have gotten both the gold membership and the netflx unlimited, bu stil when I try and ring up Neflix on my Console it says that XBosLive canot access Netflix at this time, try again later. It’s done this for almost 2 weeks now, each and everytime I try and go to it. I tried deactivating the console from the netflix account and reactivating it, but still it failed. Please help?

    Neflix for PC Interface Change?
    Within the last few days my netflix interface has completely changed. The URL is netflix.com/WiHome and it looks a interface meant to be used with a Wii. For PC its absolutely worse than the old one. I’ve tried flushing the browser cache, I’ve tried using different browsers, and I’ve looked all over the settings. Google has no information on this problem either. Anyone else notice this UI change, hate it as well, and have a fix?

      Yeah the new UI is horrible. I have no idea what they were thinking. But, what I’m doing is using this link instead http://www.netflix.com/WiHome?fcld=true Basically, it takes you back to the original style of the page. This link is probably an oversight and I’m not sure if it will cease to exist soon or if its a legitimate back up copy of the original interface. But check it out. It’s not a virus link or anything. This is a real Netflix link but instead of taking you to the new styled page, it leads you to their original layout.
      I faved it but the only draw back is when you click on a home link, it takes you right back to their updated page. I just keep clicking on the link i posted which is now under my tab menu instead of the home link. Its still annoying but again, this is probably not supposed to exist. It’s the best we PC users have for now until Netflix does away with it completely.
      I’m looking onto other services soon if they don’t revert back.

      I say go netflix. I currently have both services. blockbuster 3 at-a-time and 5 in store exchanges / month. Netflix 4 at-a-time and unlimited live viewings /month. prices run fairly competitively however each has one perk that the other doesn’t. blockbuster you can return (with the right plan) movies to the store in exchange for a free rental. netflix you can stream movies directly to your computer. unique advantages for both. however i’ve noticed (just my personal experience not necessarily everybody) that with blockbuster the turn around time is horrible. with netflix i can send a movie via usps monday they receive it tuesday and i have a new dvd on wednesday. with blockbuster i send a movie same day monday, they MIGHT receive it tuesday, but not normally before wednesday and i’ll be lucky to have another dvd by friday. i have only one time had a turnaround with blockbuster that took 3 total days from shipping to receiving, most of the time 4-5 days. with netflix i have never had a turnaround take more than 3 days. i may not always get the new releases through either because of the demand, but my que is quite substantial so that i never have to wait to see SOMETHING that i want to. this is my opinion with both services over several months comparison.

    I want to watch Netflix online instantly through my work computer (I’m a receptionist and I’m allowed to) but I keep getting this DRM Error 8152 and cannot figure out why. I have installed Firefox because I read some places online that this might help and silverlight but neither get rid of the problem. I can only find literature online for macs but cannot find anything for me! I have a Dell.

    I want to know if there is a way to stream movies on my non internet enabled HDTV by using a devise?
    Is there something i can buy to connect my tv to WiFi for streaming videos from online. Preferably under 0. I would want it to be able to stream videos from Neflix and Hulu. i don’t need it for anything else but streaming online videos. I have WiFi, so don’tnt need a plan, and Netflix.

      Xbox360 will get you more then you need. it might be extra few bucks, but you can watch movies online, stream downloaded movies and music from your computer, watch pictures, radio .

      Did i say play games, that’s a bonus.

      If you only get a device that will only get you streaming capabilities for around 150 bucks …take it to another level.

    neflix or blockbuster?
    I have netflix thinking about switching to blockbuster…any ideas

      I had a Blockbuster subscription for awhile because they have a store within walking distance (a few doors down across the street) and I could trade in mailed disks at the store. But when I got a BluRay player that could internet streaming Netflix HD, I also got a Netflix account (just 1 disk at a time) to check that out. The Netflix internet streaming (at no extra cost) is handy if I have no fresh disks to view (I have no cable/satellite, just over the air).

      In the past Blockbuster had videos you could download, at extra cost. When my BluRay player recently updated its firmware, YouTube and Blockbuster were added, but I have not checked out details of the Blockbuster addition yet (whether it is downloads, streaming, or any extra cost).

      For streaming HD you need a fast enough internet connection (3.5 mbps I heard), but videos that could be downloaded would work on a slower internet connection. My DSL is 5 mbps actual speed.

      Update: Blockbuster OnDemand is still downloaded video with a fee per disk (even if you have a mail subscription). But it only requires 1500 kbps internet connection to start viewing a few minutes after initiating a download (or can be downloaded, then viewed if slower). Unviewed can be stored 30 days, but after first view you can view as often as you want for 24 hours (at which time it disappears).

      Another site you might also appreciate is http://www.whichbook.net/default.aspx Whichbook. This site allows you to put in certain criteria (things you like to see in a book) and then you get recommendations.

      I prefer blockbuster online, then i can do both.

      although if they don’t get their act together and send me my movies right away instead of waiting 3 days to even ship them, they won’t have my business much longer

      EDIT: to the Jedi down below…its good because you’re getting more movies for the same amount of money. when i take them back to the store, i walk out with more plus they send my next ones from the online out the next day (they’re supposed to anyway) if i mailed them back, they’d take 2 or 3 days to get there and 2 or 3 days for the next ones to arrive. i think I’d rather pay bucks a month and rent between 6-10 a week than pay to rent 1 dvd.

      Apparently you have to choose the plan you MIGHT want to pay for when the free trial is over…………If you are enjoying Netflix, do nothing and your membership will automatically continue at the monthly subscription rate for the plan you selected……………I NETFLIX and I love it.
